Our Three-Step Sales Process

1. On the Phone

All new business inquires begin by setting up a mutually convenient time for a 5 to 10 minute phone conversation. This is an informal, broad strokes conversation toensure that firstly, you are speaking with the appropriate person within Landscape Plus Ltd, and secondly, that it makes sense for us to arrange a time to meet in person at the property.

2. Garden Development (Garden Maintenance and Restoration)

If your inquiry is regarding garden maintenance or restoration, you will be meeting with Lynn Mosher, who runs our Garden Development Division. These meetings generally take place in the garden, and the discussion will largely focus on the garden’s requirements, challenges, the frequency of visits and typical costs. There is no charge for this initial meeting.

3. Design Build

If your inquiry is regarding the redesign and rebuild of an existing outdoor space or the design and build of a completely new space, your meeting will be with Jim Mosher, LP’s Owner and Lead Designer.

These Design Build meetings normally take about an hour, and involve a seated discussion as well as a brief walk-through of the project space. We ask that all the key decision makers be present. In this meeting the typical discussion points include:

  • Information about Landscape Plus Ltd – who we are, what we do and our typical client;
  • Your project, including your wish list and challenges of the site;
  • Your timeline expectations;
  • The broad strokes investment you wish to make;
  • The design costs and information regarding subsequent meetings.

The objective of this meeting is to determine if Landscape Plus Ltd is the right fit for your project. There is no charge for this initial visit. However, if we agree to proceed with landscape drawings, a design retainer is required.
